Family Dispute Resolution / Property Settlement
Half-day (5 hours) $2,500 + gst
Full day (8 hours) $4,000 + gst
Additional Hours – Hourly rate (if in excess of booked time) $400 p/h + gst
Workplace Mediation and Workplace Assessment
Per day 1,800 + gst
A workplace mediation is usually a two-day process while a workplace assessment is usually between three and seven days.
Commercial Mediation
Half-day (5 hours) $4,400 + gst
Full-day (8 hours) $5,500 + gst
Other Information
Mediation rooms – Inns of Court – Sunshine Coast has a conference room for eight and three break out rooms – Nil fee applicable.
Travel – Nil charge for travel if the mediation takes place within a 2-hour drive of Maroochydore.
